Based on the authors experiences, The Diabetes Code covers how diet has a massive impact on health, particularly around obesity and diabetes.
Jason goes into a lot of detail and statistics, it can get a bit monotonous at times however it is also very eye opening.
Considering that low carb/low sugar/high fat diets were for many years not considered healthy or suitable, it’s great to read some of the massive differences that a diet change can make in people.
