Rich Dad Poor Dad is yet another finance book. I felt it started off ok, but ended up feeling like it was just someone who had done well with property telling everyone else they should do the same.

Given the book came out quite a few years ago, the property markets are quite a lot different now and some of the concepts mentioned don’t have the same opportunities.
