Money: The True Story of a Made-up Thing tries to cover some of the history of money, from ancient times to the more recent Bitcoin craze.

There is a lot crammed into this short book as it attempts to document the history of money and society, I found it reasonably interesting despite it only covering most things at a fairly shallow, or simple, level.
